  • We wish we could be flexible with the hours we set aside on the schedule for patients and easily absorb the cost when patients decide not to show up or cancel in the hours before their appointment. However, without such a policy, we would have a difficult time staying in business and serving people like you. We love what we do and greatly appreciate your business and patronage.

  • We do not take insurance for our services as we find that insurance places unrealistic time restraints on our patient experience. We prefer to spend time with our patients and get to know them and their story. however, we will provide you with a superbill upon request for $15 so you can attempt to submit to insurance for reimbursement. We also strive to use include ICD-10 codes for labs so you can submit those too.

  • We do! You can use HSA or FSA for our services, labs and all supplements.

  • While we would love to meet with our patients in person, our clinic is currently virtual and all consults take place on our HIPAA compliant platform via video or audio. We have patients all over the world and consider it a privilege to serve you all in this way!

  • All of the supplements our team includes in your care plan will be available to purchase through our supplement dispensary, Fullscript. We offer our supplements to six month Flourish Formula patients at 15% off.

  • You bet! We make the process as simple and intentional as possible.

    All Vital Insights and Flourish Formula patients are sent an HTMA (Hair Tissue Mineral Analysis) directly from us immediately after booking so we have those results in hand for your very first consult. This gives us foundational data on minerals, stress patterns, metabolism, and long-term trends right out of the gate.

    For Flourish Formula patients, your program also includes a $400 lab voucher. After your first consult- once we’ve reviewed your HTMA, health history, symptoms, and goals- your practitioner will determine which additional testing makes the most sense for you. This may include comprehensive blood work, a GI-MAP, or DUTCH hormone testing. Labs are ordered through our lab partner, Rupa Health.

    We don’t believe in ordering labs “just because.” Everything is chosen strategically, based on your body, your timeline, and what will actually move the needle for your health.

  • We wish we could wave a magic wand and treat our patient’s root causes and hormone symptoms in one or even two consultations, but it just isn’t possible for long lasting healing and wellness. Our society and modern healthcare systems really love quick fixes, but we know this isn’t how our bodies respond. We come alongside patients in a long term form because our protocols build on themselves so we don’t miss or overlook an important aspect of your healing. We start with micronutrient depletion, detoxification, gut healing, adrenals, and much much more to provide a comprehensive healing plan for you. We also continually hear how important the accountability, unlimited chat support and check in’s every two weeks are for our patient’s journeys. Ultimately, we care too much about your health and we don’t offer quick fixes.

  • We currently have two practitioners for 1:1 consultations, Kinsey and Krystin. We both work with preconception, fertility, pregnancy, and postpartum hormone clients.
