HTMA testing uses a small hair sample to identify exactly what's happening inside your body at a cellular level, like mineral deficiencies, adrenal stress, and thyroid dysfunction that standard labs often miss entirely.
When you book your Vital Insights package, we'll send you an HTMA test kit in the mail with instructions for collecting and sending in your sample. All you'll need to do is snip a small piece of hair at the root, trim off the ends (the root end gives us the most recent data), pop it in your pre-paid envelope, and send it back — we’ll take care of it from there.

After you send your kit in, it typically takes 1-2 weeks for the lab to deliver your results to us. After that, your practitioner will review it all and write an easy summary to review during your consultation appointment (this is why your appointment is booked for at least a month out — so you have time to collect and send in your sample!).

Absolutely. HTMA testing and a 30-day protocol can give you a solid start. You'll walk away with a clear picture of what's going on in your body, a personalized plan to start addressing it, and a practitioner in your corner to help you put it into action.
That being said, minerals are just one piece of the puzzle. If you're dealing with more complex or long-standing symptoms, our Flourish Formula Program goes deeper, incorporating additional testing (like blood work and GI MAP) and 6 months of ongoing support to address the full picture.
