I'm a registered nurse, doula, wife, mama, and homesteader rooted in the hills of southwest Missouri. Before founding Motherland, I spent years as a postpartum and OBGYN nurse — witnessing firsthand the struggles women face with their hormones, fertility, and overall wellness. Period problems, mood swings, gut issues, trouble conceiving and carrying... I saw it all, and I knew women deserved better.
After walking through my own fertility and healing journey, I felt a deep calling to create something different — compassionate, inclusive, root cause care that actually makes a difference. In 2018, I traded my hospital badge for a vision and founded Motherland. It's my first baby, and since then, our team has helped over 1,700 women heal, thrive, and feel at home in their bodies again.

Not at all! Vital Insights is a stand-alone offer designed to give you clarity and a custom plan you can start using right away. If you do decide to join Flourish within the following month, you’ll get a $299 credit toward that program—but there’s no pressure.

Once your sample is received by the lab, it usually takes about 1–2 weeks for results to come in and then your practitioner writes up a thorough but easily digestible lab review to walk through during your consult. When you go to book, you’ll book for at least a month out to allow time for this above process.
